Transforming Communication and Conflict in Schools and Colleges

A wide range of issues including  disagreements, low trust and personality clashes can make communication in schools and colleges challenging and increase the likelihood of interpersonal conflict. This can leave teachers, support staff and leaders feeling stressed, burnt out and undervalued.  If interpersonal communication and conflict management is challenging in your school or college you have come to the right place for help and support. My training focuses on providing teachers, support staff and leaders with the knowledge necessary for successfully navigating conversations and conflicts with a wide variety of people in ways that make everyone feel heard , acknowledged and valued.  Importantly, my training also provides a space, where everyone feels safe practising their communication- and interpersonal skills . Each workshop uses examples from your context and introduces techniques that are easily applicable to your everyday life enabling an immediate positive impact on the ways you communicate and manage conflicts.

 I would love to help you and your colleagues have more positive conversations and less conflicts with  each other as well as with parents and carers and develop a school environment centred on dialogue and effective conflict management.
